Has the weight of the world become too heavy? We are not meant to carry it alone. I became a therapist to help others navigate the transitions, challenges, and torrential storms of their lives, just as I learned to do in my own life. The client-therapist relationship is sacred. I pride myself on the strong connection of trust and compassion I have with my clients, so that our work is meaningful and successful. I hope you look forward to sessions and enjoy having a nonjudgmental outlet to call your own.
I teach life-changing tools to replace regret, shame, and stress with hope, peace, and fulfillment. My approach is client centered; however, I'm seasoned with neurobiology, using EMDR, mindfulness, trauma informed, experiential, and somatic techniques. I specialize in the effects of trauma and abuse, overcoming anxiety, and creating healthy connections.
Life never goes as planned. I too have been thrown off course, and through that struggle, created a resilience that has brought great peace and sense of wholeness. This is a courageous choice and I would be honored to share your journey.
